We are an online-based matrimonial service. Our employees collaborate through GitHub and Google Meet. We serve our customers through Messenger, WhatsApp, Email and Google Drive access sharing. Our customers share their reviews about us through Tally forms. An office is no longer a necessity for most service-based companies in 2026.
Please go to the Contact Us section of the website and contact our customer service providers through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Gmail. They will provide you with payment options and an online registration form.
We do not share client biodata on any public platforms. Only registered clients are given access to our biodata database. Even that access does not contain client contact information, for an additional layer of privacy. We do not disclose any client information beyond what has been mentioned in the registration form and in client biodata.
We maintain public Facebook and YouTube profiles (see the Contact Us section) with 100+ videos where comment sections have been made public. You can monitor these comments and look for client comments. Hopefully, you will not find any. We leave the rest to your sense of judgement.
Our main effort lies in increasing your success probability during matchmaking. We cannot guarantee success. It is not possible for us to give months of service to clients for free. So, this request will not be feasible. Also, we do not provide any money-back guarantee in our service.
No official degree is required for marriage counselling unless medication is prescribed. Mostly people from psychology / philosophy / medical backgrounds come into this field. But that is not the same as a “marriage counselling” degree. We do not prescribe any medication during our marriage counselling sessions, and our advice is based on our huge amount of real-world experience with marriage-related matters (see the Service Experience section).
We talk to each of our clients before registration and verify their contact information. It is possible to verify their qualifications by examining soft copies of their certificates, but this verification will not be reliable because of generative AI. We recommend that each of our clients verify hard copies of a candidate’s claimed qualifications and career credentials before finalizing marriage with him or her.
